  • Order online. We utilize the latest technology from VeriSign to ensure a safe and secure transaction. Just browse through our site and add the items you want to purchase to the shopping cart. Our easy shopping cart system will guide you through the entire purchase. And unlike most other websites, our online system will calculate and display discounted shipping fees for domestic or international orders before you enter your personal information. In this way you know exactly what you will pay before you proceed with the order. At checkout, you can choose from: Credit card, PayPal, Check by mail, Money Order by mail, or Bank Wire Transfer.

Special Notes: 

  • All orders placed before 3pm CST usually go out the same day. We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MC, Discover, American Express and we accept PayPal.
  • We take all precautions to safe guard your purchase. Please do not be offended if we ask for an ID or verify an address. To keep prices down we have to keep our costs down. Credit Card fraud is a leading problem that most companies experience when trying to keep their costs down. We are striving hard to keep prices at the bare minimum for you.

International Delivery Notes

  • International orders are subject to approval by our shipping department and can be cancelled at our discretion. We will email the customer in case the order cannot ship and provide the reason why.
  • Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs and duties fees upon delivery. is not responsible for these fees and we do not receive any portion of this money. Please adhere and be familiar with your country import guidelines prior to making a purchase.

Shipping Methods and Charges

Our shipping prices are very reasonable especially considering the extra effort we make to ensure safe delivery of your order. We double box all orders and use the safest packing materials. Our shipping prices include full insurance for lost or damaged goods. We also offer special shipping prices for high quantity purchases. And unlike most other websites, our online system will calculate and display discounted shipping fees for domestic or international orders before you enter your personal information.

Transit time before delivery to you is:

  • 5-7 working days for Ground shipments
  • 2-5 working days for Express shipments
  • 3 working Days for FEDEX 3Day Express Saver
  • 2 working Days for FEDEX 2nd Day Air
  • 1 working Day for FEDEX Next Day Air
  • 7-10 working Days for Express International
  • **Keep in mind that Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays are not working days**
  • Please note, these days are assumed under normal weather conditions. Severe weather conditions can affect delivery time and is dependent upon the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

Note on our Life Time Region Free DVD player Warranty:

We stand behind our Blu-Ray/DVD modifications. We guarantee that your region free player will play any region DVD and the Blu-Ray region (as specified in the player you have bought) for the life of the player. If new technology comes out that will prohibit playback of a particular movie, we will fix your player for free! This warranty only applies for playback of original movies that have a region code stamp on it. Bootlegged, copied or defective movies are not applicable. All other types of defects (like defective trays, bad lens, malfunctioning power supplies, etc...,) in the player would still be covered under our normal player warranty which is 30 day exchange, 90 days parts and 1 year labor. The life of a blu ray or dvd player is calculated under normal home usage. When these players (which are meant for normal home use) are used strenuously, for example, in a commercial office, educational institutions, etc. the life of the player will be lessened and also warranty may be degraded. The player have counters in them which we can use to calculate how many times a disc has been loaded. We calculate that under normal home use the player will be used to play 3-5 movies in a week.

Note on our pricing and our price matching policy:

We match and will even try to beat any legitimate price from any legitimate reseller that has the same item in stock. Just call us at 847-455-1974 or send us an e-mail with your request. We know that there are many companies on the internet that compete against us. Most of which work out of their homes. That is why you don't see pictures of their store nor their address on their website. We do both to give our customers peace of mind. Plus we have accreditations like a Better Business Bureau reliability seal and are a Dun and Bradstreet listed corporation. We are not a "Fly by night retailers" so we hope you compare us to legitimate companies. Most important, some companies try to make up for a low price by charging a very high price for shipping. Our prices are very reasonable and so are our shipping fees. We will do our best to earn your business. We do not price match after the order has been placed.

Prices for our products change almost every time we receive a new shipment. The prices shown on our website are the current selling prices for the product. The price of an item might change between the time that you inquire about an item and the time that you actually place the order. In this case the current selling price will be honored. Once an order is placed we hold the item for you until it ships out. In case you want to cancel the order there will be a minimum 10% cancellation fee.

Terms and Conditions of Sale and Return Policy:

Read these terms carefully to avoid any misunderstanding after your purchase!

  • Keep the boxes! Any item that needs to be serviced, exchanged or refunded MUST be sent to us with its original manufacturer carton with matching serial number and then double boxed. Please do not write on the original manufacturer carton. Otherwise we will not be able to repair, exchange or refund for the item.
  • Except for Camcorders, TVs and Cell phones we will exchange or refund for defective items within the first 30 days.
  • All products we sell, except Camcorders, TVs and GSM Cell phones, come with a limited one-year warranty (90 days labor, 1 year parts) and in such cases the product will be repaired without repair fees.
  • Multi-System TVs come with a 90 day labor and 1 year parts warranty. Shipping fees are not refundable and are not covered under warranty.
  • Our 5 year warranty on voltage transformers was implemented on March 12, 2011. Any purchases for a voltage transformer made before that date are covered under the warranty in place at time of purchase which was 90 days parts and 1 year labor. Shipping fees are not refundable and are not covered under warranty.
  • After 30 days of purchase we do not exchange or give refunds for any item we sell.
  • Non-defective items that are returnable are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee or the current selling price, whichever is lower.
  • Cell phones are only exchangeable for same model within 14 days, no refunds. The manufacturer may provide support after 14 days.
  • All items we sell are for normal home use. Using items for other purposes will void the warranty.
  • Altering the product physically will void any warranty or ability to return for refund.
  • Any item that needs to be serviced, exchanged or refunded must be sent back to us. Please note, that back and forth shipping is not covered under our warranty and is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Deliveries are made during working hours Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is available at an extra cost.
  • For any major appliances, TVs 42" and larger, and other heavier items, deliveries are made to curb side only. For inside delivery, there is an extra applicable charge. Smaller packages deliver to your door.
  • UPS, FEDEX and other shippers we use do not deliver inside homes unless you pay extra.
  • No price matching can be honored once the order has been confirmed.
  • Shipping charges are usually non-refundable as we cannot reclaim these fees from shipping companies. In cases where the shipping company is at fault, we will refund the fees entirely or partially depending on the circumstances. Please note that to qualify for this refund, we will need to make a shipping claim with the shipping company for any damaged, stolen, or lost package. This claim process can take up to 7-12 business days and once approved, we can process a refund for the shipping.
  • Buyer is totally responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped outside the USA.
  • International orders are subject to approval by our shipping department and can be cancelled at our discretion. We will email the customer in case the order cannot ship and provide the reason why.
  • We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we sell. We always recommend our customers to call us and ensure that they are purchasing the proper equipment for their needs. 
  • Special orders cannot be cancelled and cannot be sent back for refund.
  • We request customer to check all items upon delivery and report damage to any shipment/item at the time of delivery. That will expedite the claims process with the shipping carrier. Most shipping companies only give time of 48 hours to report damage of an item to be eligible for a refund through the claims process. If damage is reported after 48 hours of receiving the item, we will still make a claim for the items with the shipping companies and will work with you and try our best for the claim.
