Unlike simple auto mode, iAUTO mode does the thinking for you. It recognises your surroundings and automatically adjusts settings for the best filming results. iAUTO selects from 90 possible settings then uses clever technologies to optimise for faces, smiles, low-light levels, different scenes (beach, snow, sports, etc.) or anti-shake adjustment.
