There is no other Authorized dealer for this item! This is our own custom designed product. Other sites advertise but have no stock of our model. It is a bait and switch tactic. Don't waste your time! Also, we have found that some websites sell a cheaper imitation unit with Chinese remote, Chinese manual and Chinese characters on the unit as shown in the image. The unit will not have the same product quality and features. And it will be in Chinese language. So it will be impossible to use, unless you understand Chinese.
